• Your data may be processed by trusted third-party providers (like OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Google, Qwen, Moonshot, OpenRouter for AI responses, Stripe for payments) solely to provide the service.
• We use secure cloud storage and industry-standard security practices to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
• We may disclose your data if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lork AI, our users, or others.

4. Your Choices & Rights

• You may update or delete your profile at any time via your account settings.
• Request data export or deletion by contacting us at hi@lorkai.org.
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, even after account deletion.

5. Cookies

Lork AI uses cookies for authentication, essential site features, and analytics. We use Google Analytics cookies to learn where our users are located (to help us choose better server locations) and to understand how users interact with the app so we can optimize your experience. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies for third-party marketing. By using the service, you consent to our use of cookies as described.

6. Stripe

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process your payment information in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Stripe’s handling of your data.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may anonymize or aggregate data for analytics and service improvement.
